One more thing…
I forgot to mention that I drink tart cherry juice, mixed with lemonade almost every day. I drink 1 gallon of PowerAde Zero (no calories, minimal sweetner) every day. I do not use any artifical sweeteners, I use Stevia in my coffee, tea and lemonade. I do not eat any “fast food”, fried food, gravies, or rich foods. I used to eat about 1 gallon of lentil soup every week, but that provoked my 1st gout attack and the Dr said that lentils have too much protein/purine for me to tolerate that much, so I only eat small amounts of lentil soup now.
